Spicy Chlorella Udon Miso

Ingredients
- 1 box of Sun Chlorella Udon Noodles
- 2 tbsp white miso paste
- 2 tbsp hot water
- 3 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tsp chilli oil
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
Desired toppings Suggested
- 1/4 cup Tofu
- Sesame seeds
- 1 Spring onion chopped
- 1/2 Avocado
Directions
- Prepare a bowl of water with ice and set aside.
- Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add Chlorella Udon Noodles, adjust the heat to medium-low, and cook for 4-5 minutes.
- Drain noodles and immediately rinse with cold water and place in the bowl of ice water to stop the cooking process.
- Make the sauce: Mix the miso paste with hot water until dissolved. Add the sesame oil, chilli oil, and rice vinegar and mix until incorporated.
- Mix the sauce with the noodles, add desired toppings (we used tofu, sesame seeds, green onions, avocado), and enjoy!

Each serving contains 2 grams of chlorella, which means you get the same benefits and goodness of chlorella with each delicious bite.
