TYPES OF CHLORELLA & MANUFACTURING

The Sun Chlorella Difference

Chlorella keeps all its nutrition locked in due to an impenetrable cell wall. Sun Chlorella uses a process called DYNO®MILL which pulverises 90% of the chlorella cell wall releasing its valuable nutrients. Making it a highly digestible form of chlorella with phytonutrients, antioxidants, vitamins, minerals and the all- important Chlorella Growth Factor that can nourish the body at the cellular level.

Sun Chlorella's Journey

From Cultivation To Our Customers

1. Culturing Chlorella

Sun Chlorella is cultivated in Taiwan. While there are many species of chlorella, we use chlorella pyrenoidosa- widely believed to be the richest source of Chlorella Growth Factor (CGF).

2. Culturing Pool

Cultivated outside under strict sanitary conditions, with full exposure to sunlight to promote maximum chlorophyll and CGF content. Our chlorella is grown in pure mountain spring water, originating from 3,000 metres above sea level.

3. Drying

Our chlorella is then spray dried with hot air to avoid damage to the quality and nutrients. Our product is tested before and after the spray drying to ensure quality and purity remain the same.

4. Cell Wall Pulverisation

The chlorella cell wall is then pulverised by DYNO®-Mill- a unique process that ensures maximum digestibility. This makes Sun Chlorella one of the most digestible chlorella on the market.

5. Tableting & Packaging

The chlorella is then shipped to Japan for tableting and packaging. Our Japanese manufacturing plant meets all Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), certified by NSF, certified by Informed Choice and Informed Sport.

6. Finished Product

Finished products are then transported from Japan to UK, so that millions of health conscious individuals can take it every day!
