Is there a special chorella drinks during the day that beneficial?
I have experienced terrible inflammatory pain before, but it had gotten a whole lot better over the last years. I started on Sun Chlorella a couple of weeks ago. I started taking 3-4 tabs in the morning and again in the evening. The box says take 15 a day. At first I felt wonderful, taking it, but I increased my dose a total of 10 tablets a day, and today I have had terrible inflammatory pain throughout my body. Is this common, and does Sun Chlorella over time get rid of the inflammation in your body? Or does it mean I should not take any more of it? Please respond!
